Achievement with commitment
"When you want something badly, all the world conspires in helping you to achieve it"
OR u can say...
"Itni shidaat se main tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai,
ki har zaare ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai"
Kehte hain ki …… Agar kisi cheez ko sachhe dil se chaaho to puri kayanat usey tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai.

Kashid Beach in the North Konkan region, long Arebian Sea Shore......is a place to relax, enjoy the Pure silver sand beach.
It is very CLEAN place with very less crowd.
& By God's grace, Kashid beach is not yet much commercialized. So one can be very close to nature, in peace, with lots of Nariyal Pani to enjoy with!

Trip to Kashmir..............
A trip to Kashmir was always a dream & it came true last summer...what a beautiful & calm place...Beauty is the only word to describe...cool breez all around....with deep frangnace of lavishing roses.
Perfection beyond this world makes Kashmir a paradise. The land of sparkling rivers and sleepy lakes, of startling gardens and regal Chinar trees, Kashmir boasts of some of the most beautiful flowering meadows and snow-capped peaks. The abundance of natural beauty has earned the valley a nickname of the 'Switzerland of the East'. It is mesmerizing to see how this endless beauty never fails to charm the viewers with its changing scenes from dazzling white snow of Winters to blooming fragrance of Spring. The sparkling greenery of Summers are welcome too as the flaming beauty of Autumn.
Dal lake was on its charm....boating on shikara in dal lake, the most peaceful experience. Pleasant, fresh morning with so many pink, yello red Lotus all around. Perfect romantic evening time, while sun was set at Dal lake in Srinagar.
During the journey only one song was on lips........Ye kashmir hai........
Kitanii Khuubasuurat Ye Tasviir Hai
Mausam Bemisaal Benaziir Hai
Ye Kashamiir Hai, Ye Kashamiir Hai
Parvaton Ke Daramiyaan Hain
Jannaton Kii Taramiyaan Hain
Aaj Ke Din Ham Yahaan Hain
Saathii Ye Hamaarii Takadiir Hai
Kitanii Khuubasuurat Ye Tasviir Hai
Ye Kashamiir Hai, Ye Kashamiir Hai
Is Zamiin Se Aasamaan Se
Phuulon Ke Is Gulasitaan Se
Jaanaa Mushkil Hai Yahaan Se
Is Zamiin Se Aasamaan Se
Phulon Ke Is Gulasitaan Se
Jaanaa Mushakil Hai Yahaan Se
Taubaa Ye Havaa Hai Yaa Janziir Hai
Kitanii Khuubasuurat Ye Tasviir Hai
Ye Kashamiir Hai, Ye Kashamiir Hai
Are, Kitanii Khuubasuurat Ye Tasviir Hai
Ye Kashmiir Hai, Ye Kashmiir Hai

Challenge Yourself - Stay Alive !
The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the water close to
Japan has not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese
population, fishing boats got bigger and went farther than ever. The
farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring the fish. If the
return trip took more time, the fish were not fresh. To solve this
problem, fish companies installed freezers on their boats. They would
catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go
farther and stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the
difference between fresh and frozen fish. And they did not like the
taste of frozen fish. The frozen fish brought a lower price. So, fishing
companies installed fish tanks.
They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After
a little thrashing around, they were tired, dull, and lost their
fresh-fish taste. The fishing industry faced an impending crisis! But
today, they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan .
How did they manage? To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese
fishing companies still put the fish in the tanks but with a small
shark. The fish are challenged and hence are constantly on the move. The
challenge they face keeps them alive and fresh!
Have you realized that some of us are also living in a pond but most
of the time tired and dull? Basically in our lives, sharks are new
challenges to keep us active. If you are steadily conquering challenges,
you are happy. Your challenges keep you energized. Don't create success
and revel in it in a state of inertia. You have the resources, skills
and abilities to make a difference. Put a shark in your tank and see how
far you can really go!

Ajab si.............
My most favourite song these days.
Fabulous voice of KK , marvellously presented the song....
Lyrics giving rise to height of innocence with deep love.....overwhelming words...
Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
hoo Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
Dil ko banade jo patang saa se
Yeh teri woh haawaien hai
Aai aise raat hai jo
Bhahut khushnaseeb hai
Chahe jise door se duniya
Woh mere kareeb hai
Kitna kuch kehna hai Phir bhi hai dil mein Saawal hai kahin
Sapno mein jo roj kaha hai Woh phir se kahun ya nahi
Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
hoo Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
Dil ko banade jo patang saa se
Yeh teri woh haawaien hai
Tere saath saath aisa
Koi noor aaya hai
Chand teri roshni ka
Halka sa ek saaya hai
Teri nazaron ne dil ka Kiya jo hasar Asar yeh hua
Abb inmein hi doob ke ho jau paar Yehi hai Dua
Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
hoo Aankhon mein teri
Ajab si ajab si adayein hai
Dil ko banade jo patang saa se
Yeh teri woh haawaien hai

Do Your Dream?
Posted: 12 Sep 2007 11:56 AM CDT
Summer's done. The pace quickens. The opportunities open. So as you rise to the occasion, I ask you a question: Do You Dream?
How much time do you spend with your eyes shut? How much time to spend in solitude imagining what you want to do/have and become? How much time do you take to map out the closely cherished visions in your mind and the precious desires of your heart? You need to know where you're going if you want to get there. Success/happiness just doesn't show up one day.
You know my belief. That ordinary people can do remarkable things. At work. In life. In the world. But you need that dream. To inspire you. To awaken you. To light the fire under - and within - you.
The world looks pretty messy to me these days (and yes, also pretty inspiring). So, the world needs more dreamers. And Leaders Without Title. Together, step by step, we can have such an alarmingly big impact. Seriously. But we need to start on that journey. Today.

Voice of India???
Indian Idol???
Challenge 2007???
Fame Jodi???
Antakshari???
Uhh.........
R they really searching talent for india....or just money making for TV channels?
If they r actually striving to fulfill India's thirst of Music , then where is so called Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant now a days?
Ammmm but why to think abt channels? The fact is these programs are like refreshing juices, worth to watch than k series.
